4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within Germany and other EU countries.

Delivery times may vary, but are usually 4–7 business days within Germany.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email).

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used (PayPal).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
