We specialize in high-quality hoodies for men and women, designed for comfort, style, and durability.

2. Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within Germany. We plan to expand shipping to other EU countries soon.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Germany usually takes 4–7 business days.

4. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping in Germany: €4.99

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (if tracking is available with the courier).

7. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please see our [Refund & Return Policy] for full details.

8. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
