Refund & Return Policy
Pexaly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) before the 14-day period expires.
2. Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear or damage.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (PayPal).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
