Returns & Refund Policy

Pexaly Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may qualify for a return or refund under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility  
We accept returns for Pots & Planters if:

- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including protective wrapping or box.
- You received the wrong item, such as the wrong size, color, or style.
- The product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during delivery; photo evidence is required.

We do not accept returns if:

- The product is custom-made, unless it has a defect.
- The item has been used, washed, scratched, or changed by the customer.
- Your return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process  
Contact our support team at support@pexaly.com within the return period. 

Provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. 

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping address. 

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Method  
Refunds will be processed via PayPal, which is the same payment method used for the original order.
